Company
Built to Serve. Driven to Solve.
Juniper Strategic Solutions is a Native American and Veteran-owned government contracting and professional services company. We bring procurement capability, program execution, technical innovation, and engineering expertise together under one team.
Who We Are
One team, accountable end to end.
Most federal requirements do not sit neatly inside one discipline. An acquisition problem turns out to be a requirements problem. A technology refresh turns out to be a sustainment problem. A research effort stalls because nobody planned the transition to a program of record.
We built Juniper Strategic Solutions to work across those seams. Our capability set spans procurement and acquisition support, professional services, management and technical consulting, engineering, research and development, technology and cybersecurity services, and mission support. One team owns the outcome, so the handoffs that usually cause problems are internal rather than contractual.
We approach every engagement with accountability, technical rigor, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. That means defined outcomes at the start, honest status throughout, and a clear record of what was delivered at the end.
The company is new. The experience behind it is not. We would rather earn a customer's confidence through the first engagement than claim it in a capability brief.
Ownership
Native American-owned. Veteran-owned.
Two things that shape how the company operates, not just how it is classified.
Native American Ownership
Our ownership structure reflects a commitment to creating opportunity, building partnerships, and delivering meaningful value to our customers and communities. It shapes a longer time horizon than a single contract cycle: we invest in people, we build relationships that last past an award, and we take seriously what it means to represent that ownership well.
Veteran Leadership
Military experience informs our commitment to discipline, accountability, teamwork, and mission execution. It shows up in practical ways: clear ownership of tasks, planning that accounts for what can go wrong, briefings that lead with the answer, and a habit of reporting bad news early. We understand the environments our customers operate in because many of us worked in them.
Values
How we work
Mission. Integrity. Innovation. Technical excellence. Service. These are operating standards, not wall decorations.
Mission
We start by understanding what the customer is actually trying to accomplish, including the constraints that never make it into the statement of work.
Integrity
We tell customers what we can do and what we cannot. We report problems while they are still fixable. We do not bid work we are not prepared to deliver.
Innovation
New approaches have to earn their place. We test ideas against real conditions and adopt what measurably works.
Technical Excellence
Work gets reviewed before it goes out. Analysis shows its assumptions. Engineering decisions are documented so the next person can follow the reasoning.
Service
We are here to support a mission that matters more than our contract. That perspective decides the close calls.
Approach
What an engagement looks like
No mystery, no theater. Four phases, with a decision point at the end of each.
Understand
We learn the mission, the stakeholders, the constraints, and the history of what has already been tried. We ask the questions that are uncomfortable early rather than expensive later.
Define
We write down what success looks like in terms both sides can measure, along with the assumptions, dependencies, and risks that could move it.
Execute
We do the work with named ownership, regular status, and technical review built into the schedule. When conditions change, we say so and re-plan.
Deliver & Transition
We hand over documentation, data, and knowledge so your team can operate without us. A good transition is part of the deliverable, not a favor.
